The Jewel Box in Capitola is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Santa Cruz County and one of the best.  I may be a bit biased since I did grow up in the Jewel Box neighborhood.  The Jewel Box is a wonderful place to live where you can easily walk to Capitola Village, Capitola Beach, restaurants and shopping.  Life is good in the Jewel Box in Capitola!

Homes for sale in the Jewel Box in Capitola are a mix of older beach cottages, ocean view homes, Victorian homes, Craftsman style homes and newer modern homes.  Jewel Box homes for sale can vary widely in price ranges depending on size, ocean view and condition.  There are some entry level Capitola Jewel Box homes for sale that do come up but most Jewel Box homes sell for quite a bit above the median home price in Capitola.

Capitola's Jewel Box is a small neighborhood with streets named after different jewels like Topaz, Garnet, Opal, Emerald.  There are not usually a lot of homes for sale in the Jewel Box at any one time.  Contact me for more information about the Jewel Box and what may be coming on the market there at (831) 419-9345.
